Werner Meyer completed his degree in Human Movement Science at the University Of The Free State in 2012 as well as his Honors degree in Biokinetics and Sports Science. In 2015 he founded Bio-Health in Durbanville as well as another practice in Cape Town City Bowl District in 2016 where he now treats patients and athletes. Werner currently works with high profile athletes in high performance conditioning ranging from Comrades runners, World Tri-Athletes, South African Judo athletes and Epic MTB athletes as well as rehabilitation of orthopedic and sport injuries. In 2013 he had the privilege to work with the Olympic male hockey team representing South Africa in the Olympic games. Werner specializes in athlete conditioning of all ages and sport disciplines. Werner has a keen interest in conditioning of athletes as well as rehabilitation of sport injuries

Braam Snyman completed his Sport Science Degree at the University of Stellenbosch in 2013. Thereafter he also completed his Honours Degree in Biokinetics and Internship at the University of Stellenbosch in 2014 and 2015 respectively. After a stint abroad Braam joined Werner at his practice late 2017 in the Cape Town City Bowl. He has experience working with multiple orthopedic conditions and training individuals in a variety of sporting codes. He works closely with physiotherapists and other Health Care professionals in the area to ensure a multi-disciplinary approach in his rehabilitation. Braam has a keen interest in the rehabilitation of sporting injuries and sport specific conditioning.
